Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Buildra (“the Service”) at buildra.dev, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. What Buildra is
Buildra is an AI app generation platform. You describe an application in plain English and Buildra generates the source code into a GitHub repository under your account, deploys it to Vercel, and gives you tooling to iterate on the result. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the security of your Buildra account, your linked GitHub account, and any credentials you provide to the Service. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access at support@buildra.dev.
4. Code ownership
Code generated for you by the Service is yours. Buildra does not claim any ownership interest in the output. Every project is committed to a GitHub repository under your account, and you may clone, fork, export, or publish the code under any terms you choose, subject to your obligations to third-party libraries included in the generated code (for example, open-source licenses).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Buildra to generate applications that (a) violate applicable law, (b) infringe third-party intellectual property, (c) attack or disrupt other services or users, (d) send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), (e) host malware, phishing, or fraudulent content, or (f) generate content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where you deploy it. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The Free tier is provided at no cost, subject to the usage limits published on our pricing page. Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for unused portions of a paid term, except as required by law.
7. Third-party services
Buildra integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Vercel, Anthropic, OpenAI, Supabase, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or content originating from those services.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access without notice if you breach these Terms. On termination, your generated code remains in your GitHub repositories — we don’t delete it.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated code may contain bugs, security issues, or behaviour that doesn’t match your intent — you are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before deploying it to production or exposing it to end users.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildra’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, by email to the address on your account.
