Buildra is an AI-powered website builder that allows users to generate, clone, and customize websites using artificial intelligence. The Service includes website generation from URLs and prompts, AI-assisted code editing, live preview, deployment, and code download features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate websites that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

Clone websites for the purpose of phishing, fraud, or impersonation.

Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service itself.

Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable usage or places undue burden on our infrastructure.

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Code You Generate: You own the code generated by the Service using your prompts and inputs. You are free to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize the generated code.

Our Service: The Service itself, including its design, features, underlying code, and documentation, is owned by Buildra and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or input into the Service (URLs, prompts, instructions). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Buildra offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Pricing details are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Credits are consumed when you generate websites. Unused credits on the free tier do not expire. Monthly credits on paid plans reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate website code. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee that generated code will be error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code generated by the Service before deploying it to production or making it publicly accessible.

AI outputs may occasionally produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or that unintentionally resembles existing works. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

The website cloning feature is intended for legitimate purposes such as redesigning your own website, learning from public designs, or creating inspired-by variations. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this feature complies with copyright laws and the terms of use of the websites you clone.

Buildra does not endorse or encourage the unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted websites. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use the cloning feature for infringing purposes.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buildra and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
