Planning a new app no longer creates anything: no project, no workspace, and no daily project slot is used until you approve the plan — reviewing an idea is free thinking, not a commitment
Approving the plan is what creates the project and starts the build of exactly what you approved
While the plan is being drawn up, the workspace now says so — no more construction animation for a turn that writes no code
If a request can't go through (like hitting the free plan's daily project limit), you now get a clear card saying what happened, when a slot frees up, and how to get back to your existing project — instead of a screen that never answers
